This versatile set of vlogging accessories can be completely taken apart and its components can be put together or taken apart depending on what is required at any given moment.  It includes instructions for the different mountings and combinations for use. It can also be mounted on any type of camera that has a compatible fastening system.

The tripod with 120º rotation and non-slip legs provides a firm and stable grip. It can be used as a tripod for still shots (on tables, desks, shelves, etc.) or folded as an ergonomic single-handed grip to facilitate filming action videos, creating selfies, etc.

The smartphone stand has a 90º rotation which enables panoramic or vertical filming.  It can be placed in a vertical or horizontal position and facing forwards or backwards, depending on whether you want to use the front or back camera on your mobile phone. Being adjustable (10 cm max.), it fits most mobile phones. It can also be removed to take a conventional reflex camera or similar.

The LED light is battery operated and can be placed vertically or on its side. It features 49 LEDs, 3 light intensity levels and a button for switching it on and for changing the light settings.

The microphone helps to clean the sound and protects against external noise. It includes a jack cable for connecting it to any mobile or camera with a 3.5 mm audio input.

The Bluetooth remote control acts as a shutter release for greater convenience when taking photographs or to start filming at a distance without the need to go to the smartphone.

Shipping information

1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the European Union (EU).
Our products are sourced from both European and international partner warehouses, including locations within the EU (e.g., Italy and Spain) as well as China.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Depending on the country and delivery location, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
Shipping fees include packaging and handling.

3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed based on your location after entering your delivery address at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping origin (EU or international warehouse) and item availability.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

5. Partial Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

6. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping fee.

7. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & warranty

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@trendbazaar.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by us, as stated on the return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I create a customer account?

To create a customer account, click on ‘Login’ in the menu and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you an e-mail with a six-digit code. After entering this code, you will be automatically redirected to your personal customer area – your account is now created.

Yes, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating a customer account gives you additional benefits such as viewing your order history and a faster checkout process.
